AOC Is So Far Left, Even PELOSI Just Strategically Burned Her In a USA Today Article

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has emerged as a hero to the dimwitted sheep on the far left, mostly the younger academia crowd, as an up and coming socialist, heroic politician. It’s sad, but true.

Heavy-hitting Democrats, especially from the old guard, have not been super shy about drawing lines between their liberalism and AOC-level socialism. It’s unbelievable that she’s so radical that she makes folks like Sen. Chuck Schumer and Rep. Nancy Pelosi look, dare I say, moderate.

But AOC is feeling the burn… Pelosi used a recent USA Today interview to let the young politician know EXACTLY where she stands… and it wasn’t flattering.

DailyWire reports:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi mocked socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) in an interview published by USA Today on Monday without directly using the 29-year-old former bartender’s name.

CNN notes that Pelosi’s shot at Ocasio-Cortez came when she was “asked about the difficulties of governing a caucus in the House that is being challenged at every turn by AOC and others like her — liberals elected in the past few cycles who are deeply skeptical of the party establishment.”

Pelosi responded: “While there are people who have a large number of Twitter followers, what’s important is that we have large numbers of votes on the floor of the House.”

“Now, Pelosi didn’t mention AOC by name. But you’d have to be a real dummy to not understand who she was talking about. Ocasio-Cortez has 3.9 million Twitter followers, by far the most of any House member — including Pelosi (2.4 million followers),” CNN added.

Immediately following Pelosi’s response, USA Today noted: “Ocasio-Cortez has almost 4 million followers on Twitter.”

Pelosi’s shot at Ocasio-Cortez comes after her $93 trillion Green New Deal failed to garner a single vote of support last month when it was voted on in the Senate.
